If you are an American citizen and you wish to marry a Ukrainian citizen in the United States you should file I-129F petition with the local USCIS office in the United States. For more information on fiancee petition, click here. The Consular Section does not approve these petitions. When this petition is approved your Ukrainian fiancé(e) will be eligible for K-1 visa, his/her children for K-2 derivative status.
