How do I get an appointment for a nonimmigrant visa interview?

Applicants who are applying for visas must contact our call center at +38-044-207-7071 (or +1-888-889-3780 if calling from the U.S.). Applicants may choose to have a relative or friend submit an appointment request on their behalf and then they can notify the applicants of the date and time of the interview.
