Visa Services > Ask the Consul

Can I, as a citizen of Ukraine, be accredited with the Consular Section to pursue my clients' nonimmigrant and immigrant cases and have a special, simple entry to the Consular Section? What should be done to get such accreditation?

The Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv, Ukraine, does not accredit any companies, agencies or private individuals to facilitate or negotiate visa cases on someone else's behalf. Every individual intending to travel to the United States must personally apply for a visa and appear for a scheduled visa interview with a U.S. consular officer. Therefore, no law firm or other private entity has any privileges with the U.S. Consular section in Kyiv, Ukraine.
