ISO 9000 Certification was awarded to the Embassy of the United States of America in Kyiv today for its management operations. The U.S. Embassy is the first foreign mission in Ukraine to achieve this distinction. ISO 9000 is a worldwide recognized standard of excellence and consistancy in operations. The Ukrainian firm Bureau Veritas assisted the U.S. Embassy as it went through the process. For more information on ISO 9000, visit www.iso.org.
