Ann Murphy, Agricultural Attache
Our offices in Kiev is managed by the Agricultural Attache, an American Foreign Service Officer employed by the United States Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS).

Oleksandr Artiushyn, Agricultural Specialist
Her responsibilities include commodity reporting for grains, feed, oilseeds, sugar and trade policy issues. Olena is also responsible for sanitary and phytosanitary issues.

Oleksandr Tarassevych, Agricultural Specialist
His responsibilities include commodity reporting for livestock and products, poultry and high value added products. Oleksandr is also partially responsible veterinary issues and partially for marketing.

Administrative Assistant
She handles routine inquiries from the Ukrainian importers (Buyers Application forms are available on this site under Trade Leads). Svetlana is responsible for Cochran program, selected marketing topics and handles administrative issues in the office.
