The Consular Section is revising its business hours as follows:

American Citizen Services hours:
M-F 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon, closed on U.S. and Ukrainian holidays.

NOTARY SERVICES (INCLUDING LETTERS OF NON-IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE) AVAILABLE ON FRIDAYS 9:00 A.M. UNTIL 12:00 NOON ONLY.

These changes are effective January 2, 2007. Thank you for your understanding.
