English Speaking Hotline Service – a Helping Hand to Foreign Visitors from Kyiv City Hall

The U.S. Embassy was informed by the Kyiv Mayor’s office that a new information telephone service has been launched to help foreigners with situations they may encounter while visiting or residing in Ukraine. You may now dial 8-900-10-55555 to reach an English speaking operator for emergency assistance or to obtain information on a wide range of subjects. This is a paid service and the current charge is 9.9 UAH per minute. Please view the provider’s brochure below to find out what is covered under this service.
