The Ukrainian Neo-Nazi organization “Patriot of Ukraine” will conduct a march/demonstration at the National Aviation University on Friday, March 6, 2009.  
According to information currently available in the media, participants will assemble at 1900 at the Technical University metro station.
Neo-Nazi groups such as “Patriot of Ukraine” are alleged to have ties to other Ukrainian extremist and ultra-nationalist groups.
All of these groups are often associated with skinhead groups and/or individuals involved in hate crimes against ethnic and religious minorities.
Demonstrations take place in Ukraine from time to time in response to world events or local developments. 
We remind American citizens that even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and possible escalate into violence. 
American citizens are therefore urged to avoid the above mentioned areas of demonstrations if possible, and to exercise caution if within the vicinity of any demonstrations. 
American citizens should stay current with media coverage of local events and be aware of their surroundings at all times.
