How to Apply for Permanent Resident Status in Ukraine
Below is list of documents required from a foreigner to apply for resident status in Ukraine:
- Application (typed) with complete autobiographic data (free style).
- Copy of the national passport (or other ID) with valid Ukrainian visa and registration stamp from OVIR (or hotel).
- Certificate from the Embassy of the country of permanent residence (permit to reside in Ukraine).
- Certificate of health condition, AIDS and tuberculosis tests.
- Notarized documents proving close family ties with citizens of Ukraine.
- Statement from domicile authorities, consent of all family members over 18 for permanent residence of the foreigner on their dwelling space or contract on apartment purchase.
- Written obligation of the foreigner to leave Ukraine in case of residence denial.
- 8 black-and-white photographs, size 4 x 5 cm.
- Cashier receipt for 6.12 UAH paid to account 35302300601.
